moms that have infants recommend bouncer
I did not have a bouncer for DD, but am thinking of getting one for DC #2. I am nervous though having a 2 year old that she may tip it over. Thoughts/Suggestions?

We had the Fisher-Price Rainforest Bouncer. My son loooooooved it.

Does this light up/play music when the baby kicks?
My DS has an older FP one that isn't made anymore that does this...he LOVED it.
We have the Boppy Bouncer too. He didn't like that.

ladies this is mostly related to having one with an 2 year old around. Nervous about her tipping it over with the baby.

When are you due with number 2? I am due in a few weeks and plan on having a bouncer with a 21 month old running around....I can let you know how it goes.

Well my girls are 23 months apart so maybe I can help.
I have the rainforest bouncer but I actually wasn't crazy about it unless DD wasn't around - b.c it was too attracting to my 2 year old. She would also bounce the baby a lot in it. Plus my DD#1 flipped that seat when she was 6 months old.
What I DID love this time around and it can't be tipped. Is the my little lamb infant seat. It is sturdy, vibrates and plays music. It isn't as exciting as the rainforest bouncer BUT I would just give DD a more exciting toy when she was in it. DD#1 couldn't tip it and neither could DD#2.

my sister has a newborn and a 2 1/2 year old. She keeps the infant in the fisher price papasan on the dining room table, out of reach of the toddler.
