Moms who make their own baby food...
how do you steam the veggies?
Im thinking a rice cooker is probably easiest?
Or microwave steam bags? Or just a steamer over a pot?
looking for the easiest/fastest way I guess.

I have done all of them....
steamer bags are easiest rice cooker w/ steamer tray steamer basket in a regular pot on the stove

That's what I have always done.
FYI--microwaving kills nutrients in veggies, it's best not to use that method.

I use a steamer. (Bottle pot is a regular pot, top part has holes.) I reuse some of the water from the bottle to make the puree smoother.

That's what I did. Then it was easy to take the water out of the pot to use that in the mixture - you don't lose any of the nutrients that way either.
