Moms who nurse and pump
What is your schedule like?
Right now I am nursing DD during the day and giving her bottles of BF at night. She has natal teeth and even with the use of a shield I have to give my nips a rest!

Monday- Frid. I nurse dd before I go to work if she is awake if not I just pump before I leave I pump 3 times at work and after work I EBF and on the weekends I pump before I go to the gym and exclusively EBF for the rest of the weekend

I do the same.... nurse during the day and pumped bottles at night. I am too exhausted in the middle of the night to BF!!! The bottle is so much quicker! Plus, my nipples feel like they will fall off if I don't give them a break too!

When I returned to work & was BFing:
nurse-morning (or pump if I had to go in really early & DH would give that in a bottle)
pump - only 1 time a say (my dam job onky left me time enough for 1 time )
nurse-before bedtime
pump - before my bedtime a few hours after his last nursing session
I had to supplement due to my lack of pumping
