How many times a day do you pump at work?
I pump about 3 times.

I work 730 to 3 & pump once (for about 25 min. or so)

At home I BF DS at 4am and pump at 6am. Then again at home at 6pm and 9-9:30pm (I may BF too at that time).
That's the only way I can maintain my supply. DS eats ALL of it.
I get about 25-30 oz of pumped milk per day without counting the BF sessions.

I try to do it at least 3x. She takes three bottles during the day (even though I leave 4) so I try and match her. If I pump 2x I get up at night and pump, which stinks.
