Moms who saved their clothes for their 2nd child...

I've been taking Logan's newborn clothes out and finding that some of them have yellow staining on them. I believe I washed everything before I stored them away and they were stored in his closet, not like they were in the basement.

Has this happened to anyone? How do you get rid of the yellowness?

ETA: its not yellow from pee stains, just from sitting there in a bin I guess for 2 years.

I rewashed with oxyclean and it got out most of it. I did this to give them away but we decided we will be trying for a 3rd so I am keeping them until then

I would rewash them and throw a scoop of oxyclean in the wash.

I had this happen to some of DSs clothing. I also used the oxyclean and for the most part it worked.

Some foods like carrots or sweet potatoes stain permanently. I just toss those items. All the others I have in spacesaver bags and in bins in my shed.

I did rewash them. I will try it with a scoop of oxi clean. Thanks ladies.

Lay them in the Sun! I have been going thorugh this myself and the Sun works better than Oxyclean for stains
