Mom's who work PT, how many hrs a week do you work?
Just wondering what the average # of hrs is?

I just started working 15 hours a week, if you add travel its 20 hours.

yes it was 3 days a week (now I am going to 4 just till June though) and my hours are depending on the day- I start at either 8:30 or 9 and I end around 2-2:30

8 hrs a week, 4 hrs each day, + about 45 min to 1 hr travel time each way.

when I was working, I worked 24 hours (so I could keep my benefits). I had a set schedule. Worked 3 full days per week.

I'm working at my same job "half-time", I work 20 hours a week.. 16 in the office and 4 hours at home.
Half my old salary but so much time with DD, it's the best of both worlds!

I work a minimum of one 12.5 hour shift a week, but I usually pick up some extra time. It's perfect for me!

20 hours
I work 2 days, 10 hours each. If its a slow day I'll work 8-9 hrs in my lab and then another 1-2 hrs from home.

full days sunday and monday

I work only when the kids are in school. If they are off, I don't go in. Very flexible. I make my own schedule. Summers I only work when DH is home during the week.
My DD is in Pre-K, so she still isn't in school FT, which limits my hours. I can get up to 20, but never really work that many. I average about 15-18 hours a week.
Next year when both are in school full days, I will average a 9-2:30 pm day at work each day they have school. Of course, I am flexible too if I need to do something for myself, like the doc or dentist.
