Thanks the frig and the Pantry will be to the right of the washer and dryer. It really opened up the kitchen, which we needed

Can I ask you -can you see through your front door (like if someone was at the door)? I wanted one of them but then I wasn't sure b/c with the capes you walk right into the house (no little entrance way) so I wasn't sure if people could see right in

Yes there are pieces of glass that are clear, and some of them have a pttern, but you can see if someone is standing there or if you want to see outside you can also.

I have a half glass door too but it's not facing the street (facing the driveway). I have a bamboo shade for semi privacy in addition to the privacy glass.

Thanks - We bought the door at Home depot. Our neighbor down the block has it. It is steel and I think we only paid $239 for it. Cost more to install it. We got it at home depot.

I painted my Dad's basement Green Tea.
Everything looks great!! And like I've said before, having a washer/dryer in the ktichen makes all of the difference in the world. I don't ever want to have one in the basement, lugging laundry up and down ever again (or in your case, going out to the garage).
