From our experience, stay away from the credit unions. Rates are low but it took FOREVER and make sure your t’s are crossed and I’s are dotted fifty times. It was painful and really not worth saving the $20 a month vs our regular guy (my husband nickel and dimed the people and shopped like crazy)

Eric Buhler at Cross Cross Country Mortgage. He did our original mortgage 5 years ago and we just used him for a refinance in May.
