What bank did you get your mortgage through? What bank gave the best rates. Unfortunately for us the BoA No Fee Mortgage doesn't work because we are looking at a co-op and we cant do an FHA loan because we are above their threshold. Thanks!!!

what do you mean by "threshold"?
there are no income requirments for FHA loans - they are house price maxiums- for NY (single family home- the limit is $729K)
but on there website I don't see co-op as an option- they might not do them
my DH always recommends Chase for a co-op loan

Just saw this... on PPW between 2nd and 3rd street. I got a good rate from Chase yesterday too!
