Most Likely Hosting a NYE party...what are you favorites?
what are your favorite party pickins?
i was thinking of doing a bunch of appetizer/dips/finger foods for earlier on and then a more filling choice for later.
what do you like to eat at parties?
heros, make your own sandwhiches, hot foods?

i have hosted NYE a few years in a row between the 2 years i did:
apps:
homemade potato skins (yummmy!)
chicken and spinach wrapped in bacon
fried ravioli
mni-reubens
mini panini's
boneless buffalo chicken tidbits
sweedish meatballs
homemade pizza (cut bit size)
sliders (beef)
buff chicken sliders
stuffed mushrooms
mini crab cakes
parm crusted chicken nuggets
dips:
spinach dip
reuben dip
chili dip
clam dip
doof ole onion dip!
i usually just make mini things so its easy to eat without having to sit a table formally!

taco dip
brie and rasberry
if you order a pizza, you can get it slightly undercooked and not sliced, take a circular cutter and make small round, then make your own toppings..I read this in a magazine once and it seemed cute

my mom always just made a bunch of apps and that was our "dinner"
pepporoni bites
spinach dip in a round bread with pieces of bread to dip
onion dip
cut up veges
crab dip with ritz crackers
warm cranb cheesy dip on english muffins (dont know the exact name)
potato skins
jalepeno poppers
