moving a gas line
Has anyone ever moved their gas stove, therefore moving the gas line? I want to do this, but I am not sure who would do this and for how much.

Re: moving a gas line
If you have a basement in your home, you can move it yourself.
I added a gas dryer to my home. There was a electric dryer in my home and I added a gas line by splitting off of the line running to my stove.
If you need any more info FM me.

Re: moving a gas line
We are getting our kitchen done and moving the stove across the room. We have a crawl space so DH is going to do it himself. He said it's not difficult. He just ran a gas line outside for our bbq too.
If you or your DH isn't handy, then you'd call a plumber.
