Protocol:
Femara X5days starting today.
Gonal F 450IU starting today
Menopur 3 vials starting today
And all of my supplements

Since my primary ins doesn't cover anything anymore, and my secondary coverage is limited...if anyone has any spare Gonal F, Endometrin, Ganirelix or HCG laying around, please keep me in mind.

I also have to go back on Tues 3/18 to repeat my hysterosono...fun . It's been a year since the first one in which they found the polyp and then did the D&C, so they just want to repeat it to be safe.

Started Ganirelix today. RE said ER approximately middle of next week. Going in every morning from now until trigger.
*E. 157. Nurse said: increasing Menopur to 4 tonight. I asked why...My estrogen is ok, but it's not rising a lot. The Femara can make the E low and the Ganirelix can sometimes lower E a tad. So they increase the Menopur to counteract it.

Ok, we transferred 3. A blast, an early blast, and a morula. They are watching 2 more to see if they make it to freeze. I was really disappointed bc they weren't as good quality as the last time, but I asked and it was explained to me like this...
We only transfer embryos on day 5 if they are at least a morula, the reason being that we have seen pregnancies from them. From there the embryo starts to form a blast and get bigger or "expand" and forms the two tissue masses: ICM and Trophectoderm (that's what the letter grading refers to with expanded blasts) An early blast just means that it started the process of forming those tissue masses, but hasn't completed the process yet, which is why there was no letter grading. So the embryos weren't as far along as they were last time, but that honestly doesn't mean much. Embryos all develop at different rates, so as long as they are within a certain range of development (i.e. at least morula on day 5), and they are healthy (which yours DID look healthy) then they can establish a pregnancy. They were alive, healthy looking, and still developing. That's what matters more.

So I feel better now :)

Two lines yesterday on wondfo, two lines this morning on frer and wondfo...asked them to add a beta. Trigger has tested negative since 4/2/14.

Woo HOO. Yes 3rd time needs to be a charm for us! I started Lupron today so I'll be right behind you. I wish I had meds to give you but we no longer have injectable coverage. I just spent $2000 on Ganirelix. Uhh sucks. I hope some ladies can donate to you on here. If I get a BFP this cycle I'm totally donating anything left over. I hope your hystersono isn't so bad.

Great numbers!! I'm sure there are one or two additional that maybe they can't see! My final retrieval was slightly higher then what they saw!!!
