MS Word problem - mail merge
I'm trying to create address labels. I did everything right I think... but when it creates the labels the pages are totally blank!
I've matched all the fields and selected recipients, what gives?
Can anyone help?

after you matched all fields did you hit update all labels?

Are you inserting the exact fields from excel to the labels you want?

I figured it out - totally skipped a step. The new MS word is AWFUL. Thanks!
