Muffin recipes needed!
I would love any muffin recipes! My gross preggo self had a craving for Costco muffins, but they didn't even have their corn muffins, only chocolate chunk. I have not been into sweets at all lately (who am I??) so I'd love recipes for yummy corn muffins or anything else you enjoy this time of year (except chocolate!)

These muffins are to die for...I have made them three times now (I ALWAYS double the recipe since the yield is only 8). YUMMY!

super easy pumpkin muffins!
Mix 1 box of spice cake mix, 1 can of pumpkin puree and 1 cup of water.
Thats it! i added chopped pecans in mine. they were moist and delicious and not a lot of calories!

Another vote for these. My other favorite is the Barefoot Contessa banana crunch muffins from foodnetwork.com. They are nice and filling and soooo good.
