Mulch color
Which do you use? Red? Black? Or I think it's natural or tan?

I used to use red but the dyed mulches fade so much over the season. We had undyed mulch done year before last and now we're switching to pine needles.

we just put down rubber mulch (in red). looks exactly like real mulch and never fades.

We got it at Walmart. I've seen it at Sams Club too. Home depot and Lowes also sell it. It also wont blow away, its a bit heavier than wood mulch.

The last two years we have done red because we like the way the red looks with the colors of our house but I think I may switch to black next year. I think black makes the plants pop more.

I like using dark brown mulch. Everything pops great against it but it still looks natural.
