Murder....Kind of a Morbid Question
Do you guys think there is ever a valid reason to murder someone??? For example, a few months back I watched a show about pedophiles . A woman on the show caught her SO watching porn w/ her then 3 year old girl. He had also been sexually molesting the child. She took a gun & killed him. She was found innocent...do you think there are valid reason to get away with murder???

Re: Murder....Kind of a Morbid Question
I would pretty much kill anyone that ever did harm to Alia, better yet I would torture them instead.

self defense is not murder

Re: Murder....Kind of a Morbid Question
Yes as long as it wasn't premeditated. In cases where self defense, or walking in on someone hurting someone you love, then yes I can see that. But if you plan it out, that is a punishable murder.

I saw this. Was it Oprah? I was about to vomit (for real) while watching this.
I do believe its completely valid in cases like this and when its self defense.

Re: Murder....Kind of a Morbid Question
if anyone ever goes near kryssy, or threatens her, well let's just say emily rose is innocent compaired to what i become. there was a huge fight that happened in my road one night with the neighbor daughters party the kids where severly drunk. i got the fight to break up, but then one kid jumped into a car drunk off his azz and no head lights and driving maybe about 50 to 60 feet from me! well i went beyond crazy (kryssy) and keith's cousins where playing on my front lawn and my first reaction was kill. so i jumped in front of the car, but enough to be able to move out of the way. the kid jumped out and left the car in drive his friend put in park and i just stoode there and stared him down with such anger in my eyes. everyone asked me the same question, what if he had a gun or a knife... my answer he would have never had the chance! i know i could have gotten hurt but in my mind at the time you threaten my kid i will get you 100x's worse. and to answer the question! with out a doubt!

Re: Murder....Kind of a Morbid Question
Sometimes, yes. Now that I have a daughter of my own, honestly, if I ever found out someone touched her, I don't know what I would do. Sometimes I truly wonder if we've come TOO far as a civilization - too much bureaucracy and politics interfere with justice. In some ways, I think it *should* be left to the community to hand out justice to cretons who should be eliminated. Whatever happened to a good ol' stoning?

Re: Murder....Kind of a Morbid Question
I absolutely believe there a valid reasons for murder. I think child molesters should be tortured & then killed. They can go to jail, but they have altered a child's entire life (thinking of Elizabeth Smart).

Re: Murder....Kind of a Morbid Question
I think in situations like that you just go into defense mode and want to protect your child. The only problem with that is where do you draw the line? That's a tough one. If I were that mother i probably would have tried to beat the guy to death, considering I don't own a gun. But then he probably would have beaten me back. So it's a loose-loose situation for everyone.
Self-defense--i think is a valid reason.
