mussels
i ususally do a white wine and garlic sauce... does anyone have something different?

I love mussels in wine and garlic
but i also like it in butter and garlic
and also mexican style-
mexican beer and tomatoes (Diced)! So yummy.

We usually steam them and put them in a red sauce.
