heartworm medication
Annual vet exam and vaccines

More attention than you can ever possibly give.
Nothing different to be purchased than any other dog except for maybe a coat/sweater if they're real small for the cold.

Pretty much anything you'd get for a bigger dog, just smaller sizes.
