My 2 wk old newborn has a cold

I am in tears....If i would have not let other kids around him this would have never happened. i feel like such a horrible mommy. The pediatrician said to use little noses drops but I am just so worried its going to turn into something worse. DH thinks im overreacting but Im just so upset and nervous..

my DS got sick when he was week old too. its very scary, i totally understand and theirs not much you can do. Just monitor him and make sure he doesnt get worse. You are not a bad mommy, we also had a lot of people at the hospital, as well as at my house, holding him, etc as we have a big family and my DS was the 1st baby on my side in a long time. So of course everyone was so excited. My next one, i will def be telling people hands off a little more

its so nerve wracking when they are little. Dont blame yourself, he could have gotten it from anwhere- in the hospital, someone just carrying the germ?
Hang in there....he will be ok in a few days
