Cradle cap. You can use mineral oil or Petroleum jelly, then massage into scalp. Do not get into eyes!!!!!! Then comb it through. Then shampoo a few times. We just did this and it was amazing what came off in the first treatment

My son has it also. I found that baby oil works best for him. I put some on w/ a cotton ball let it sit for a while then comb through.

ok---sounds gross but I found after 4 kids---olive oil is best...rub in while in the bath---let it sit massge comb through then shampoo or even leave it.

I used that too and it helped but didn't make it go away. I'll tell you what worked for me. I used a washcloth with Johnson's Head to Toe wash on it and gently scrubbed her head. Then after her bath, I would use a fine tooth comb and comb her hair from front to back and the scaley stuff would come out. She is now cradle cap free and has been for a while now

Cradle cap - this is quite common. My cousin (29 years younger than I) had this for a very long time. Don't overwash the baby. I do think that they have special milder shampoos and soaps for this, as well as lotions. Look up craddle cap online and you will get a lot of information.
