I hope you're OK< that story really hit hard for me, as I am totally terrified of the epi.

Don't ever feel guilty about the c-section OR breastfeeding, it isn't for everyone.....

Congrats! Sorry things ended-up so rough for you. Doctors rarely talk about the complications of epidrals, but they do exist -- sorry you had to experience them. I'm glad everything worked out in the end.

She is adorable -- hair like my Alex!! Everyone will comment on that!
It sounds like you had a really rough time, I am so so sorry.....take it easy, take care of yourself.....don't be surprised if you are crying all the time, and if you can't even put any sentences together at the pediatrician's. This is how I was. Once you get acclimated maybe you can try BFing again -- it gets much easier, truly.

Alicia, I am so glad that you and thebaby are ok and so terribly sorry your birth experience was so painful. You really gave it your all. Thank you for sharing with us. It helps those of us who aren't there yet, weigh options. Madison is precious. Congratulations.
