My Birth Story! I added some pictures
While DH and DS are snuggling in bed I thought I would try to take a moment or two to tell my story.
As most of you know I had GD so the doctors knew I would be induced before my due date if the baby didnt come on his own before then.
So when I went for my regular doctor visit on Wednesday 9/5 and they said that I could go home, eat and then start calling L & D at 9:30pm to see if they had a bed available I was sort of prepared but they were saying Thursday at first, and now it was a whole day sooner! 
I we got some pizza on the way home. I was crying through the whole dinner from pure nerves... but then when I called at 9:30pm, they said try back at 11pm. So I did my hair and cleaned up and said lots of goodbyes to Murphy (my doggie).
So anyway, at 1am on 9/6 they gave me the Cervadil and was basically told they would check on my progress in 12 hours. At around 7am I woke up to mild contractions that were coming at a regular 3-4 minutes apart. I had to go to the bathroom and when I did, the Cervadil came out.  The doctor was ok with that even though it was only half the time because it did what it needed to do. So thats when they started me on Pitocin.
I took to that immediately!  The contractions were VERY strong and 2 minutes apart but moaning and groaning and gripping the bed rails and DH's hand were enough.
(I was trying to see if I could go natural)
Then at around 12:30pm the doctor checked and I was 2cm dilated so he broke my water. The next contraction was the one from HELL and every one after that was literally ripping me apart. I said I still did not want any other drugs like Demerol, I would rather the pain BUT get me an epidural!!! PLEASE!!!
So at 1pm I got the epi and it only worked on my left side but at least it was 1/2 the pain and I was in an out of sleep.
So here's the greatest part... at 3pm (only 2 1/2 hrs later) I woke up and was like "OMG why does my butt feel like this?!?!?" There was SO much pressure it was unreal... so the nurse got the doctor who was as surprised as I was to find I was 9cm dilated!!!
He came back an hour later and made me do a practice push and he said I was ready to push! Thats when DH called the immediate family to get in their cars NOW to make it to the next visiting hours.
So I started pushing at 4pm and I really pushed with all my might! They said try to push like you are constipated and I DID! I pushed with every ounce of might and it worked because at 5pm... my little angel came into this world at 6lbs 12 oz and 20" long.
The moment I saw his face, my life instantly changed forever. My heart doubled in size and I thanked God for making me so lucky!
It was a wonderful experience (except those 30min in between the water breaking and the epi) and I would do it again in a second.
The hospital (Good Sam) was wonderful! A handful of nursed were "ehhhh"  but the rest were SO helpful and kind.
Thank you all for all the supoort and congrats on here and on Myspace too.
I need to get back to bed for snuggle time!

Even though I already know the story, I am still crying right now AGAIN with happiness!!!! What a wonderful story! It all worked out perfectly - I am so glad!
