My DD may have excema or possibly just heat rash?

My 4 year old got a circular "blister" about the size of a quarter a month ago. It was right at her panty line. I figured it was from friction from the heat. It went away. The other day we were at the playground and she was walking funny.

When it was time for a shower she freaked out and said "No Mommy dont look!"

I felt so bad because I knew she didnt want me to call the doctor or put anything on it. But today I got a really good look at it by accident....4 of them!One size of a quarter, the other dime size. Not to be gross, but they look like blisters that have opened up.

Im a little worried and not sure if I should call the dr. Shes walking better now and not complaining. Im wondering if this is just from the excessive heat and running around? Gonna try baby powder later if she lets me without too much of a fight..

Any thought?

My son had a circular rash type of thing about the size of a quarter on his chin. At first I thought it was an irritation from something he had eaten that had dripped ( his skin is so sensitive) but it ended up being ringworm. Just something else to consider.... It took a long time to get rid of and i felt so self conscious for him, so maybe google some pics just in case.....

Just wanted to add that at first, the doc said it was either ringworm or circular eczema, so I assume they look similar

my niece had something similar on her cheek and it was ringworm

I haven't had experience with that, but my first thought was ringworm. I would definitely bring her to the ped.

Thanks for the responses. I got a good look earlier..does not look like ringworm at all but definitely bringing her to the pediatrician tomorrow just to see what it could be.
