My first bad experience with BRU
I am so annoyed. . .I registered last month for my shower that is this upcoming weekend. The infant carriers I registered for (Graco deco)I had to add online b/c they only carry the quatro travel system in the store. Since I am having twins I don't need the whole travel system. When I was registering at the store the lady helping me said people will have to order your carriers on line only. I go onto my registry and it says only available online and then under it, it says out of stock!! My sister called me to tell me several family members called about it and how can they get it. Of course that is a concern since you need them to get your babies home from the hospital. I called the 1888 # and was bounced around to 5 different people to only find out that it has been discontinued I am so upset. Then I ask the people over the phone about the stroller I registered for. I had to register online b/c they didn't carry that either in the store but, Online it says ONLY AVAILABLE IN STORES!! That too is discontinued!! UGH. I am so mad. Nothing like being misled. Now I had to pick another carrier and try to find a double side by side stroller that I like. It took me so long to find one I like. Sorry so long. Just needed to vent.
** Note to the other twin mommies. . .They had me put on my registry "Don't forget to ask about our twin discount" For some reason it only worked for some people and not others. One person on the phone told me today it is only for big products and another representative said it is only for the parents. WHY oh WHY did I register there?

I have been doing my registry with BRU and everything that I have been adding is out of stock. It is very frustrating. With you being so close to your shower, im sure it is extra frustrating with you. If it were me, I would march into the store near me and demand to speak with the manager. But that is just my opinion. Im sorry your having so much trouble with them.
