One thought, though: You might want to make sure the entire description is in your own words (and not ver batim copied off another web site). You may also want to use a picture you own.

i figure though - for a DVD - all you really need to do is post what's on it - why would I spend time writing up something that is already out there?

I just know a few sellers on Ebay who have been contacted by Ebay for posting copyrighted material they didn't own in their ads is all.
