My hands ONLY hurt at work
I am guessing Carpal Tunnel- in both wrists no less.
I swear the second I leave here - in the time it takes me to drive home- my hands feel fine.
But within a half hour of being here- my hands are throbbing and I can barely make a fist!
I don't get much numbness- maybe a tingling here and there- but the stiffness is killing me- I feel like an old lady with stiff finger joints!
I type at a laptop all day- I know this is not helping.
Anyone else get really bad at work?

I feel super tired at work and when i walk out the door i feel great! I think its the fresh air.

Sorry your in pain, be thankful its only at work lol.
I Just posted about this pain in the morning. I've had it now for 14 hours and counting... Im literally in tears cause it hurts so bad. I HATE carpal tunnel!!!
I think I'll cave and take the tylenol soon.

Ugh Carpel Tunnel has been horrible lately. I wake up with my hands numb and my arms in pain. It's so hard taking a shower and washing my hair with numb hands and they feel weird, like they are going to break if I move them wrong.
I also type on a laptop all day, so I think that makes it worse.
