My huge NYC apartment is up on the rental market!
If anyone is looking for basically the best apartment in NYC (leaving because its too big for just me after my divorce)

Duplex in that area has to be at least 4k, maybe more.

Laundry in building, newly renovated lobby and elevator, live in super no doorman.

that's a steal
when I moved out of the city in 2004- my rent was 2500 for a normal one bedroom in a doorman building
I would much rather have your apartment!
