My Kitten is so smart!
ok- about a month ago I noticed a bag of treats were missing- they were next to bed- I found the bag- chewed open in the corner
so I started putting them away- last week I forgot- and that bag is missing and has not been found
then over the weekend- I went into the hiding spot- and they were gone - when I knew I put them away
Last night my DH wakes up to get a snack and what does he see
4 month old Maggie OPENING the draw about to steal the treats!
Needless to say we are impressed- and need to hide the treats better-

Espresso does the same thing....he has opened drawers and closets to get to stuff. He even opened a bag of Misty's treats once.

awww Maggie - that is so cute!  How is she and your other kitty getting along now? Molly has gone from totally hating Jack to mostly hating with moments of toleration.

they actually get along pretty good- they play fight- he grooms her
it's cute
he was one of 5- so I think he likes to have the company

I am so jealous - that is just too cute for words! Jack is SO big now - over 3lbs. I have little 1lb Jack as my background on my computer and I can't believe how much he has grown!

I am so jealous - that is just too cute for words! Jack is SO big now - over 3lbs. I have little 1lb Jack as my background on my computer and I can't believe how much he has grown!
it's cute to see them together- she is always chasing after him- Jack and your Cat will get along soon!
Maggie is big too- but it's mostly her back legs- when she sits- she still looks tiny- it's funny
she is very out of proportion right now
but she is fast and smart-
she also made a bed for herself in our box spring- Jake discovered that 2 nights ago- so he closed it up

Jack too! His body is still skinny, but so much longer than it was. He is like a weiner dog 
DH is loving Jack so much that he actually expressed sadness the other day that we didn't adopt the orange boy too. I never thought that would happen since he was never a cat person I think he feels bad for Jack cause Jack is obsessed with love for Molly, but Molly doesn't reciprocate.
How funny that she was going in your box spring! Cats find the weirdest spots sometimes

Jack too! I remember thinking the room we kept him in was too big for him, and now he speeds through the whole house

Crokey and Maggie got into a big fight last night- Jake had to break them up- then she took his spot on my pillow! I hope they make up!

My cat Sisko does the same thing
He opens the drawers and takes the CANS of food out and rolls them through the house!! We had to move the treats to a higher cabinet

Maybe. When I was young, we took my cat (Coco) to meet her sister (Mimi) about a year after they were separated, and they hissed and hissed at each other. There was no mutual love. Although Mimi was a meanie in general. I think Maggie and Jack are still so young, so they would probably still remember....
Awww! I am sure all with be forgiven and they will be snuggling again.

so after she did this- we washed her paws- and she freaking did it again!

AWWW! Jack loves the litter feel in his paws. He used to play with it, but I finally got him to stop.
That is cute that she goes in the shower and gets her paws wet! Going in the litter box after - not so cute!
