my mom's plane lost hydraulic pressure... uupdated.. she is in cali
20 min into her flight they where able to turn the plane around and land back at i think jfk. she is now in arizona heading to san fransico... i just talked to her after getting the message this morning.. i was a wreak all day after hearing that call. she sounded so upset and scared. i will not go to sleep till i know she is safe and sound back on the ground

Our plane did that on our honeymoon to Hawaii and made 2 emergency landings. It's so scary. Glad she is ok

oh get off it people so my spelling ***** you should know this by now
anyway... i just talked to her and she was waiting for one more connection flight ... she still sounds so frazzled my mom is terrified of fling to begin with , she had to take a course to help her, and has been able to fly to the other side of the world ..... i just can't wait till she comes home
ps.... i will edit the title so you can understand better

I know how your mom feels, I HATE to fly, too (which is why we're taking the train to Disney and driving back in April!  )

OMG...I hattttttte flying. I would have been like that guy that saw the creature on the wings in Twilight Zone.
We have to applaud the fact she got back on a connecting flight!
If she didn't she would have been even more traumatized later on.
Ugh. Is she ok? I can't stop thinking of her now.

thanks guys i am sorry i did not update sooner... it was along night waiting for that phone call... and yes she is safe and sound in cali i hate flying too have had my fair share of bad flights i am just so happy she is safe.
I hope her return flight is a much safer one
