My neighbors dogs - need opinions please

My neighbors leave their two large dogs outside A LOT and they bark at everything. It's extremely annoying but we deal with it if its during the day but sometimes it happens early in the morning or late at night. They just let them out at 7:45 am on a Saturday, barking up a storm, which of course woke me up, and they let them bark for like 15 minutes. Is it just me or is that way too early to let them make so much noise? I understand dogs have to go outside. We also have a dog and the second she starts to bark when she's outside we call her back in to be considerate to the neighborhood. How can our neighbors just sit in their house listening to their dogs making a huge racket so early in the morning and not even make an effort to quiet them? Is it just me or is this rude?

We had the same problem. First write a letter to the neighbors you don't even have to sign your name put concerned neighbor and leave it in their mailbox. If that doesn't change things call the town and put in a complaint.

This may not work for you but I went over to my neighbors & talked to them about their barking dog after listening to it bark non stop for 3 hours. I just couldn't take it anymore & I threw in that letting her bark at midnight & 5 am was not on either. After that they really did try stop her barking. They where renters so I also knew I wouldn't have to put up with them forever either. I go out of my way to make sure that my dogs do not bark for an extended amount of time.
