My new favorite cooking website - Eric Ripert!
Eric Ripert is the executive chef at NYC's Le Bernardin (3 Michelin stars - the highest rating).
He's supposed to be the best chef in America - possibly the world - but who knows.
Anyway -he's really cute (in my opinion) and has this fabulous french accent - and on his website

he has this section "Get Toasted" where he gives these 3 minute cooking demos with a toaster oven.
I just learned how to make raspberry clafoutis in the toaster oven!
I love him!

one of my closets friends father is friends with him.
my friend has a crush on him as well (she digs his accent, and she is FRENCH)
she's been to his restaurant (I sadly, have not...YET) and says it is out of this world.
he is a very charming man.

that's exactly how my friend describes him.
her father is a woodworker/designer and has done the contruction work on almost every french restaurant in the tri state area. he is friends with a ton of famous chefs and she has met many...he is one of her favorites.
I LOVE going to dinner with her family

I was just saying that to DH last night...he seems so nice and genuinely very supportive of other chefs and tries to help them learn...not rude/loud at all...he seems awesome!
