My new mommy moment that I thought would never happen!
Me going 6 days w/out washing my hair and staying in shorts/tees all day!!! I got my hair done last Friday and was not able to wash it until today. I'm glad I got to at least do that, however, unfortunately I wasn't able to style it...because she woke up 
Anyone else go through this in the beginning?

oh yeah i think that that was our form of birth control un showered pj wearing ponytailed hair as time goes by though you find your own routine and i pretty much get to shower every day now  the legs being shaved everyday well thats another story!!!!!

The first week since I was up before DH had to go to work I'd hop in the shower really quickly just to help make me feel human. Since DD has been sleeping when DH goes off to work so have I so the shower thing isn't as regular but I try to get even a 2 min shower in to help keep me awake. I never get to put on makeup or blow dry my hair though which is ok-showering is a necessity.

I think in the beginning I was more immune to his crying then i am now... I had no problem letting him howl while I took a shower. Its now that I have a problem with it for some reason....

I'm starting to learn to let DD cry a little...because I can't run to pick her up every second. A little TMI, but earlier I had to "dropsome kids in the pool" and she started crying. I had to finish....and she survived.
