My NYE rant.....
DH dragged me to this $100.00 pp at a bar which he frequents during Football season. It was open bar and was going to have a "slamming" Buffet at midnight! So he thought!
1. I don't drink nearly enough alcohol. I am a 5 beer girl.
2. The "Slamming" Buffet at midnight was the "Big Sandwich" and I LOATHE the bigh sandwich!
So basically, I donated 100.00 to this bar! I could have bought some new shoes!!!!!!!

$100 pp at a BAR??  that's ridiculous! it's $125 pp at catering halls with 1st class entertainment, food and liquor.

Usually we have friends who tend bar and we never have to pay, but in the city, $100.00 from 9 pm-4 am is a pretty good deal if you drink!

that's nuts! We paid $125pp at Woodbury CC last night and it was slammin!
So sorry..maybe you can write it off? Somehow?..I dunno..
