Beautiful! At the top it lists the school district as Fire Island--the realtor may want to correct that.

Where in Bohemia is this? My parents live there, and I grew up there.
The place is really nice 
I'm just curious, because it says Fire Island school district, but then Sachem too. I didn't know any of Bohemia went to Sachem though, I thought it was all Connetquot.

It is the development on the corner of Sunrise and Lincoln.
Also those pics are awful. My mom is already on the phone with the realtor to change it
that place is brand new! why are they selling?

My dad has a business in Seaford and he is 60 yrs old. The commute is too much now. And my Mom comes into Malverne 2 days a week to watch Andrew it is getting too much to.
They were having this built before we got PG.
They are moving to Seaford to be closer to everything
ETA: And you can't notice it but the living room goes up another set of windows. I love it but they are just way to far out east
this complex is really close to me, it's nice. you should tell the REA to take more pics of the inside - like the bedrooms and basement.

They did take more and will be adding them shortly. The Basement is really big and has high ceilings so I hope they add that pic. My parent's were going to finish it but decided to save the money for the new place.
