they can grieve them themselves, without having to pay an $$$$ fee to mark lewis. they just have to get recent sales for their area and go to the tax acessor's office with the info.

we grieved it ourself and it was a piece of cake. you don't need a lawyer. the lawyer gets half of whatever you win. it's easy to do

you can enter in your address here to find a list of comparables for your area....

once you have that info, just call your local tax accessors office, and they'll tell you what you need to do next...HTH

we used mark lewis, yes I had to pay him a fee but i never went to his office or did any legwork-which I knew I was too busu to do.
Our taxes went from just under 8k
to 5500 with STAR & our greivance.
