My two stupid pregnancy comments
So, on Friday, I had to grab some quick fast food for lunch. I went to Chick Fil A. If you are not familiar with them, they only serve chicken, no beef and their main "character" is a cow saying "Eat More Chicken (sic)".
Anyway, I went to Chick Fil A on Friday and after the girl rang me up, I noticed the total was lower than usual. When I questioned it, she said "Oh, I gave you a discount because you dressed up." Me, puzzled look. Her "Well, it is cow appreciation day and you are wearing a black and white outfit so I thought you were dressed up like a cow". My response, "Just give me my freaking food"
Today, I decide to have a Subway sandwich, healthier than fried, especially after being called a cow. The woman at the register says to me "Oh my god, you must be ready to have that baby anyday now." My reply "No, I still have 9 weeks left". Register idiot replies "Oh, I understand. I got really fat with my second child too". 
Do they realize I am ready to hurt them even BEFORE they open their mouths?

OMG! I can't believe the Chic-fil-a comment!
Honestly, though, I doubt she meant that you were huge. I think they just give those discounts out pretty easily, from my experience.
I am sorry you had to deal with dumb, hurtful comments. But, don't let strangers make you feel less beautiful. We are at our most beautiful right now!!!

OMG, people really don't think before they speak.
But if it makes you feel any better, Chick Fil A really was giving discounts if you were dressed as a cow (what a strange promotion?!). I work in media and we got a press release about it. Hopefully she really did notice that you were wearing black and white.

I totally wanted to dress up Friday and go to chick-fil-a!!!!!!!! Sorry you were unintentionally called a cow...  She probably had seen people trying to pass themselves off for dressed up all day and thought she'd give you the discount.
The subway lady is just a total b*tch. People should just keep their mouths shut.

yeah I think the chick fil a woman just meant the promotion though her delivey SURE could have used a little finessing. .

Ok seriously.. I dont know why this struck me as so funny but I was laughing so hard that tears were running down my face and DH is like W*t*f is wrong with you.
So I tell him and he just shook his head and walked away...
Still laughing...
I think the fact that you wrote (sic) after it made it even more funny.
Ok Im done.
PS on the chic fil a wesbite they have a gallery of cows holding signs. BWAHAHAHA.
