Mylicon drops
Do I put it in the bottle before I warm it or after? Also if DS gets a 5 oz bottle how many drops do I put in? It says dosage can be mixed with 1 oz of formula and the dose says 0.3 mL

Yea - I always just dropped that amount into Ali's mouth

No - just the .03 dose! It's not per ounce.
You can even give it to them after the bottle is finished, put the dropper into the mouth. That is what we do.
I wash it off afterwards before putting it back in the bottle.
But as for putting in the formula - I would do it after warming the bottle up.

I used to give DS the mylicon drops after his bottle, and it didn't seem to help. Then I gave it to him before his bottle , and it helped a bit better. He loves the taste of the drops so no problem giving it to him from the dropper
But I have since been putting the drops in his bottle (after I heat it) and to me it seems to work the best this way.. he burps much easier and maybe its just coincidence but he seems a teeny bit less gassy ..

I put the drops right in her bottle after i warm the water up, we use powder, or i just put it in her mouth.
For us, both ways work about the same. PUtting it in the bottle takes the bubbles out of the formula right away, especially with powdered.

I would give Katie her bottle and then stick the medicine dropper in on the side of her mouth. She didnt notice it much at all and didnt spit it out when I squirted it in. We give her all her meds that way.
