I don't thing I understand the problem - does your DS have gas or is he constipated? If it's gas, you should be putting the Mylicon drops in every bottle or give it to him directly in the mouth BEFORE the feeding, not after. If he is constipated - none of the above that you mentioned will help. They are all for gas.

If he is constipated you can try some prune juice in the formula, but I would check with your dr. first since he is so young. However, it is normal for them to go a few days without a BM.

Re: Mylicon, Little Tummy's or Gripe water?
FF babies go a lot longer w/o having a BM than BF babies. I remember switching to formula around 4-5 weeks and noticing a huge difference in the number of dirty diapers. If your DC doesn't go today, i would call the ped. tomorrow.
To answer your question, I preferred Little Tummies or Mylicon. Gripe water never really worked for my DD, but as PP stated, I used these for gas, not constipation.

Re: Mylicon, Little Tummy's or Gripe water?
DS was a very gassy baby, we used a few drops of Little Tummies in every bottle. I'd add it to the water before mixing in the formula (powder) and that worked really well for us. If I noticed he was constipated we would try the temp trick (usually taking his temp would get things moving) if that didn't work, we'd give a bit of prune juice and as he got older prune baby food. if he has to poop, my dr suggested sticking a thermometer up his tushie and wiggling it around for a second

Re: Mylicon, Little Tummy's or Gripe water?
Well just FYI Little Tummy's and Mylicon are the same.
I bought Mylicon cause i thought it may work better than the Little Tummies my hubby bought. I read the bottle labels after i opened it and see its the same. *shrug*
Also I'm pretty sure it says to give it AFTER they eat.
Good Luck I give AJ prune juice to loosen things up
