Are you talking about Cookies Steak Pub in Valley Stream? If so that is what I was thinking I used to love their dessert bar as a Kid it was the best. But those creepy stairs when you walked in used to scare the heck out of me!

Oh My Gosh,,, I used to love Cookies.
We would go to the one in Hicksville on Old Country Road..
That was back when buffets werent really around so we loved that there was a salad buffet there.. and they had yummy bannana bread..
Anyone rememeber ( its not really a restaurant) ZIPS?
It was an ice cream sundea bar place..

El Torito Glen Cove now Paparazzi(Sp?) It was the best Mexican place!

there still IS a Houlihans!!!
Right on Middle Country Rd, across from the Smithaven Mall in Lake Grove. There's a DSW shoe store in there, too  .
