It drives me nuts when people go up to the police horses in the city and pet them 
It just annoys me so much when they put their faces right in the horses face

The sound of sneezing and subsequent nose-blowing makes my skin crawl sometimes.
I have to agree with the dressing up of little children to look like bride's and groom's.

I have yet another!
just got back from Stop & Shop and the woman in front of me fumbled with her money for 3 freakin minutes. HELLO? not to sound impatient but, did you not think you have to pay? 
I also hate when people slow the line because they have to dig for an hour so they can pay with exact change. UGH!

I cant stand seeing dishes in anyone's sink - more than 2 or 3 irritate me.
I cant stand if people dont have a pump soap in their bathroom and only have a bar soap out.
I hate when pple make sniffling sounds (esp when Im eating) as if they need to blow their nose - y not just get a tissue and blow then?!
I hate seeing pple chew with their mouths open

omg me too! also when pple take forever at a supermarket cuz they are buying 100 items, and still dont pull out their $/credit card and make pple behind them wait another 5 minutes just for that!! geez alot of things annoy me and I know theres more...

I hate both too - bar soap skeeves me (unless it's my own - which I rarely, rarely use)...and the sniffling or throat snorts -
