"nanny"/babysitter to help with older daughter question
i have an almost 4 year old girl and expecting our second in a month. my husband is afraid he might not always make it home for dinner/bedtime and thinking a help might be useful. we were thinking of getting someone, she is a daycare/preschool teacher for monday-thursday, from maybe 430-730 to get my olders dinner together, sit with her, get her ready for bed, possiblly put her into bed or watch the little one while i spend the 20 minutes reading to her and putting her to bed. anyone have any ideas how much i should be paying a person to do this.
