nap schedule for a 3 month old?
So Maddie sleeps about 10-4, wakes up to eat and is back down until about 7, 7:30 (of course I don't fall back to sleep until 5). She takes about 4 1 hour naps throughout the day. Usually around 9:30, 1:30, and it's up in the air after that. Does this seem right? Is she getting enough sleep? I would rather she take 2 2 hour naps. Then I would lay down too. It just takes me to long to fall asleep.

Sounds good to me. I didnt have a schedule for my dd, i let her sleep when she wanted to at that age, she will be 5m in a week and we still dont have a set schedule. I figure shes so little that her body will nap when it wants. If i feel shes really crankie and fighting a nap, then i will defiantly help to make sure she naps, but other that i just let her do her own thing.
