How would everyone feel about making it 11? DD is still in the stage where she kind of sleeps anywhere, but after reading Crissy and Kerry's posts, I am wondering if it would be a little better to start at 11 so everyone can get their morning naps in.
Thoughts??

we might make it...i'll see how it goes if you move up the time. my 2 y.o. only naps sometimes, but if she does 11 am outing is too late.

Of course!! The more the merrier I guess let's stick with 10:30, since that's what the original post says (just in case anyone doesn't check before tomorrow morning).
