National Grid Letter Regarding Natural Gas??

Hi New Homeowner so I need some help/clarification. I don't have the letter with me so I'm going off what I read last night, sorry!

Our house is gas.

We received a letter about how we recently signed up for our account. It said we are enrolled in their Natural Gas plan which isn't directly coming from National Grid, but another supplier??? Then there was some acronym ESCOs....

Just wondering what I should do doing or who I should be using? Any info/experience would be helpful. It says I need to correct any changes before the 3 of October. FYI my DH signed us up with National Grid so thats another reason why I'm lost with the info Chat Icon

Is it some sort of insurance plan?? I know the supplier for the gas itself is National Grid so I'm confused as well...

Re: National Grid Letter Regarding Natural Gas??

An ESCO is a service company. You will still deal with/pay through National Grid.
