natural progesterone?
is this something you can get by eating certain foods? (sorry if I sound stupid right now). The dr said 1 week from today i go back for a sonogram to check out my ovaries and a blood test to check my progesterone level. They said if my level is too low (I think they said low) that I'd have to take progesterone suppositories.

I know of nothing that increases your progesterone levels naturally...if it's low when they check, they'll give you suppositories.

I don't think there are any foods that have progesterone. It is produced by the corpus luteum after you ovulate.
You'll have to go on suppositories if its too low next week, but hopefully you will be ok!
