Nausea.. help
The only thing that can tame my horrible nausea and vomiting right now is seltzer. Past 2 weeks I've been actually bringing my stomach contents in the evening, when nausea hits me like a ton of bricks; oddly enough, during the day, I'm its not bad, just have a bad taste in my mouth.
Anything else.. my food aversions are daily. Things I can stand one day, completely disgust me the next day. Any other suggestions to help curb the nausea.

Re: Nausea.. help
I was like you. I couldn't keep anything down. I was scared that I was dehydrated and malnourished, so I caved and got the Zofran. Helped a TON.

Re: Nausea.. help
I was really bad at first. I drank ginger ale and tea every single day. I still do. Also loaded up on carbs since it was the only thing I could stomach.
I think the ginger ale helped most of all though. I had it worst in the mornings, but during the day I had that awful taste in my mouth, too. I always had mints and gum on me and that helped... at least a little bit.
Hope you're feeling better soon!

Nausea.. help
I'll send DH to see if he can get ginger lozenges, and I didn't think of gum. I have a stash of saltines, but I feel terrible noshing on crackers..
Momma2015, what kind of tea do you drink? I can't do anything with smell or strong aroma right now, and I think (not sure) green tea is a no no during first tri..

Just lipton tea- no sugar, no milk. The lemon seemed to help a bit.
