tires for the car...had to get all 4 last week, ugh...
UGH is right. I had to get all new ones for my Civic which was just not even a year old in Dec. Luckily it was because of a defect and recall Honda paid for half or I would have been  .
I also agree with bras and deoderant.

Claritin - when it was a prescription it was $5 for a month's supply (with a prescription plan), now that it's an OTC medication it costs $30

Two words: HEALTHY FOOD
It's ridiculous that healthy food is so much more expensive than the crap they process and sell. I mean, I understand it, but I just don't like it.

Basically I agree with all PP.
Mine are-
copays for Doctors (25 a pop-all specialists)-can I consider this an item?
Rx Meds-especially the ones that they don't have generic-35 
Feminine products (I agree with the PP that it is bad enough we get it, and then you get slammed again at the register
OTC meds, like for allergies or plain Tylenol
Milk
Bottled water (I can't stand tap water)
healthy food
For me-my glasses/contacts-my vision is horrible-means I pay extra.

When I saw this thread my first thought was contact solution too. I can't use generic either. It has to be optifree or my eyes get irritated and it's so $$

I'd like to add FOOD to this as well. I went to the foodstore after work to pick up some things for dinner.
3 small bags and $57 dollars later...
 and I only bought 1 piece of meat!!! WT F was $57! ugh

ITA! I hate that to cook a nice healthy meal it is like $10 a person. You can just get fast food for like 3 bucks. It should be the other way around.
I see it this way, you are paying extra to live. I think that is worth it.
