Need a new sneaker...
I walk ALOT and do videos at home. I recently went to the ortho for my knee - it's been acting up (bursitis?) Anyway he said I need better sneakers.
I always hear New Balance is best - any suggestions on which model is good for walking and video workouts?

What kind of floor are you doing your video workouts on? Carpet or hardwood? Also what kind of video workouts are you doing?
Have you thought about going to a runner's store to get fitted for a shoe? Tell them what you want the shoes for and they'll fit you with the best brand for your foot type. New Balance are great but I can't wear them. I did great with Reebok walkers and cross trainers but run almost exclusively in Sauconys.
Do not skimp on your shoes, they will save you from injuries. Also, your walking shoes are probably shot after 6 months/500 miles. I've been guilty of trying to stretch out the life of my athletic shoes and my knees and ankles have never appreciated it.

not sure where you live, but i just got new sneakers from teh Sayville Running Company and they are great there...the sneakers are awesome to work out in and they will check how you walk/stand with this computer so you get the right fit..hth
