no idea about HM
wedding is a couple months away
this is for an e-party. (we're not comfortable giving cash - DH feels it'll just "fund their wedding")

that's always a great gift - but the wedding is literally 3 months away! useless at this point.
eparty is soon
i'm assuming shower will follow shortly
wedding is in 3 months.
it's a lot.

hmmm...GC to a nice restaurant near where they live and say its to destress from all the weddingplanning
i personally don't like to give out toasting flutes or cake servers...What if they had their eyes set on another pair and then feel obligated to use the ones that were bought for them....kwim?

what about gc to places you know they like to shop or eat since their wedding is coming up so soon... or I know someone who could do a great hand-painted thing for you  lol.... just kidding 
don't know how much they are but one of my favorite e-gifts was 2 bath robes w/ our names engraved on them in a willow basket- I think fortunoff carries the robes and engraves (are they still around? I haven't been there in years  ) HTH!!!

I was given a really unique salad set made from granite - it is actually one of my favorite things and I use it all the time. I have no idea where the person found it, but maybe you could find a unique kitchen item or serving set.

e-party now??.. havent they been engaged over a year and their wedding is so soon.. whatever. i cant believe youre actually going.. i wouldnt stress about the gift, just give a GC to BBB, she will prob buy clothes for herself if its macys...

vase, frame, or Redenvelope has this thing. It is a couples firt cookbook for two and it comes with aprons with thier names on it. I think they say Mr. XXX and Mrs. XXX. It is kind of nice.

It's a lot less than $100, but for the past 2 engagements I've been giving those signs that say "The XYZ Family established 2008" I get them off ebay and both times they said it was their fave gift.
