I would get a maya wrap or an ella roo wrap. Much more versitile and doesnt hurt you as much as the others

Re: Need advice on infant carriers..
I tried on all the carriers that they had at BRU and I was most comfortable with the Bjorn or the Eddie Bauer carrier. I'm plus sized though and the snugli just didn't cut it with me. Both the Bjorn and the EB carriers were adjustable enough to fit both myself (5'5" 280 lbs or so) and my husband 6'3" 180 lbs) comfortably.
However they only go up to around 25 lbs. We ended up not getting it from our registry and a friend is lending us hers because her son has grown out of it. If I still need a carrier later I'll have to get one that holds a higher weight.

I have the bjorn and the maya wrap. Love both. Maya is good for over the shoulder carry and for Bfing in public and will be good for when sidney is older so and I can hip carry her.

I never had either of those. I use the hip hammock, but that is for babies who can hold their head up on their own.
